At Touchdown Tush, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed, except for products that arrive severely damaged or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives completely damaged or unusable, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at nflbubbles@outlook.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged product

• A brief description of the damage

Claims submitted after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for a replacement or refund, except where required by law.
